Sisters

Photo Op

Today I thought we would play while ~C~ was at school and ~K~ was taking her nap, so I grabbed the camera and the baby and here are a few of the shots I was able to get.





Sleeping babies make the most precious pictures, but this one of her awake has to be my favorite one of the day.

Then she let me know that she had enough. Still cute!

Chrores

Normally it is ~C~'s duty to keep up with litter boxes, but on this particular day ~K~ decided that he needed a break and she would help him out. She always "helps" when he does this anyway (and by help I mean watches intently) and decided that she was a pro now, so she could do it all by herself. On her own, she got out a bag, went to the scene of the crime, took off the lid and went to work. I guess there's something to be said about paying attention!

~E~ has arrived!

We arrived at the hospital at 5am, I couldn't sleep since 3, too anxious to meet the newest girl in our family. I climbed into bed and tried to get comfy, a little hard to do -I'm still huge and it was freezing in the room!



Ahhh at last settled in and ready for the day. Hooked up to all the monitors and IV's. After getting the epidural at 9:30 am it was time to take a much needed nap.



It is now 11 am and at 10 centimeters! That was FAST! It's time to have a baby- not much of a nap. Not too much longer now and we will get to see baby ~E~ for the first time.



12 minutes and about 4 pushes later she was out and crying about it- it was still cold in the room so she was not happy. I was shaking so bad because it was so cold that I started to wonder if I would even be able to hold her!




Baby ~E~ weighed in at 6 lbs 5.9 oz and 19 inches long. A full head of hair too!



Proud parents! Daddy kept trying to figure out who she looks like, I think she has alot of big brothers features.



Three of the most beautiful babies on the planet and I am so glad they are mine!



Can you tell that Gran is happy to hold a new little one? Baby ~E~ looks like she is happy to see her Gran too. It is an instinct to know the person who will spoil you the most!



My favorite doctor in the world, not to mention the best, Dr. O.




~C~ says "She's too pretty not to hold" and ~K~ is glad to have a new sister to play with all day and get into mischief with.




Its the next day and time to go home.





~K~ is already teaching ~E~ how to talk on the phone-one of her favorite hobby's by the way. I have a feeling we will have two divas in the house!

Maternity Pictures

Its almost time for baby ~E~ to arrive! One last thing to do before she gets here!

What a beautiful family. In a few days it will be complete.

And it all started because two people fell in LOVE.

Photography Class

I took the most awsome photography class the other night and really learned alot. I am even more excited to take pictures now because I can look at things in a new light. I don't know near as much as I would like, but I figure that will come with a few more classes and alot of time. Here is my "homework" that I'm supposed to do. I still have a few more techniques to try out.

Today ~K~ learned the word I have been dreading hearing since she learned to talk- NO. She has been shaking her head no and saying uh uh for the past couple of months, and I could live that. Today though, was the magic day that she yelled that word as clear as can be. ~C~ was playing with one of her toys in the evening and apparently she didn't approve and started yelling at him "no no no" Oh, he thought this was the funniest thing to hear so obviously he had to egg her on. He just wouldn't be living up to his job description as big brother if he didn't!

Here I am at 37 weeks pregnant with baby #3.
