Peeking Under the Tree

All those presents were just too tempting not to get into, but leave it to ~E~ to take the first move.

She looks at me to find out if I'm going to stop her or not. 

I guess since I didnt say anything she thought she better move in quick.  ~K~ was trying to be very sneaky about it, but still enjoyed looking at them and figuring out which one belongs to who.

~E~ and Chocolate

Well, its official, we have another person with a sweet tooth in the family!  I thought I could get away with making the gift for ~C~'s teacher without giving candy to the baby.  Yeah right.  It's almost like she already knew what candy was because she would hold her hand out as if saying "gimme"

So, I thought awww one piece isn't going to hurt her, she probably won't like it anyway.

WRONG AGAIN!!  She acted like she was addicted to that stuff, had a death grip on it.

Kissmas Tree

I found this cute little "gift idea" and thought I would make it for ~C~'s teacher since she is really a great teacher and he likes her alot.

Of course ~K~ thinks chocolate was made JUST for her and had a hard time letting it out of her sight.

Toy Trains at the Mall

Every year the train show comes to one of the local malls, it helps to support one of the charities here. This was the first year we were able to go see it.  The girls thought it was pretty neat.

~K~ was just in heaven that she got to see "Thomas" !  He really was there, but he took what seemed like forever to come around, and of coarse every kid in the place was huddled around the glass where he was.

~E~ even enjoyed watching the trains go by.  Some of them were slower than others, so we had to find the quick ones so that it would keep her interest.

Bathtime Reinvented

Here is a busy moms guide to bathtime and cleaning:

1) Fill sink with dinner dishes

2) Put baby in other side of sink

3) Proceed to wash all the above at once

OK forget the dishes, just play with the baby!

Beautiful December Day

What do you do when its December and still in the 70's?

Play outside, of coarse.

Sample a few fallen leaves.

Enjoy the beautiful sunshine.

And hang Christmas lights.

~E~ and the Lights

I got this idea from a picture I saw of another baby playing with the lights and I figured I had limited opportunity to do this with ~E~ since next year she would be 21 months old and probably not too into this.  So this was our Christmas light experiment.  Some pictures I'm not to fond of, but others I'm just giddy over.
